You will be joining THE global leader in HR consultancy and software with over 135,000 clients worldwide and over 3,500 employees worldwide.
As a Junior Lawyer, you will be working across all aspects of complex case preparation and representation of clients across a wide number of employment law matters in all Federal and State jurisdictions. You will be responsible for the ‘hands on’ provision of advice and strategic assistance and representation to clients in all aspects of litigation.
What will your day look like?
Knowledge is strength, and you’ll flex your brain every day! Typical responsibilities include:
- All aspects of case preparation and representation of clients in various commissions, tribunals, and courts in all jurisdictions.
- Provision of advice and strategic assistance to clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Provision of support to management and team as required to achieve core business objectives.
The perfect fit for this role will have:
- 0-2 years post qualification experience specialising in employment law, civil or criminal litigation.
- Practising certificate (unrestricted preferred).
- Experience representing clients in Federal courts across Australia.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
