About the Role:
We are seeking an office junior to join our Sydney office. The role will see you work across personal injury matters.
The candidate must be available to work full time. Please note this is not a work from home position.
You will be working directly with our experienced lawyers on the day-to-day conduct of matters.
About You:
- We are seeking a motivated person who is willing to learn.
- Focused and fine attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to this role is necessary in order to progress and develop in the legal support field.
- High level of professionalism will be expected as you will be handing sensitive information and liaising with various clients.

What would your day to day look like?
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks assigned by the instructing solicitors and/or their assistants.
- Collate and prepare briefs, court documents, letters, etc.
- Billing
- Prepare correspondence
- Filing and other administrative support
- Legal experience is not essential however general administrative experience would be a major plus.
- Training provided during your onboarding period plus continuous support and guidance
