About the Role
Working closely with our Grandton team, this position is responsible for providing reception duties, administrative and project support for the Grandton community.
The functions of this position include the provision of administrative support and management of information. Daily activities include organizing and booking resources, answering phones, ensuring and supporting the effective flow of information and activities within Roshana Care Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, such as answering phone calls and greeting visitors
- General administration support
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Mail collection and distribution
- Maintaining a high level of presentation of our boardroom, work areas and kitchen
Desired skills, Attributes and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in reception, hospitality.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- A friendly, diplomatic personality who is a proven team player.
- Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures, and processes
- Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Punctuality, reliability, and proactivity.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical behaviour
- Relevant experience in Building Management – desirable.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and articulate in English language.
- Organized with a high attention to detail
