As a Junior Legal Assistant, you will assume a pivotal role within our closely connected team, providing essential administrative support to our Partners and Lawyers. Your meticulous adherence to instructions and practical time management skills are imperative. Please rest assured that our team is dedicated to fostering your professional development and facilitating your career progression.
We seek a candidate who demonstrates strong motivation and a deep enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge while consistently showing meticulous attention to detail. Maintaining professionalism is essential as the role involves the handling of confidential information and interaction with a diverse clientele.
What would your day-to-day look like?
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks assigned by the instructing Lawyer and/or their assistants.
- Prepare briefs, court documents, letters, etc.
- Billing
- Prepare basic correspondence
- Filing and other administrative support
Legal experience is not essential however general administrative experience would be a major plus.
