SalaryWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing team. As a Junior Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
About the role:
- Part time, permanent role in Mordialloc.
- 9am to 5pm, 3 days a week initially with potential to pick up more days.
- $60,000 plus super pro rata.

Your key duties will include:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and new opportunities.
- Assist with the development of new products, collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Assisting with packaging updates for compliance with industry standards.
- Co-ordinate and support planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
- Assist with social media accounts, engaging with posts and interacting with our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met.
About you
- Graduate with a certificate/degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Familiarity with new product development processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and staying updated on industry trends.
