Junior Office Administrator - Beautiful Office In Beautiful South Yarra

A great role for a Junior Office Administrator to join a firm based in South Yarra. You will be part of a fun, successful and vibrant team!

Our client is a highly reputable boutique accounting firm based in the heart of South Yarra. You will be close to public transport and excellent amenities.
As this is a small firm your role as Junior Office Administrator is varied and will also require you to assist with the day to day running of the office.
Your duties will include:

• Preparation of documents
• Drafting basic correspondence
• Liaising with clients, accountants and other staff by telephone and email
• Assisting with PA duties for the Partner of the firm
• Taking calls and booking meetings
• Diary management

You will have previous administration experience ideally in an accounting firm, along with excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, meticulous organisational ability and a confident, polished and enthusiastic approach to work. You will receive full training and ongoing support.
This role will suit a person who is cheerful, hard working, has an ability to think on their feet and a willingness to be an active member of a growing and dynamic firm. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join an established and successful business with a relaxed and caring culture.
