Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails, both internal and external.
- Assisting in scheduling jobs, meetings, and appointments.
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising and maintaining data and other records.
- Drafting and editing documents, reports, and quotes.
- Managing inventory and ordering office supplies.
- Providing general support to the team.
- Performing basic accounting tasks, such as preparing expense reports and processing invoices.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Participating in team meetings and collaborating with colleagues to achieve organisational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
