SalaryThe Greenslopes LPO team is looking for a Junior Operations Assistant, who is happy to jump in wherever needed!
Ideally, we're on the look out for an up and coming junior who has relevant working experience however we encourage applicants with all levels of experience to apply!
This new role is Full-Time (38h- 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday, rare Saturday) and will focus on supporting the director and his assistant on a range of tasks.
All training will be provided and previous assisting or logistic experience is beneficial but not a necessity.
Must haves include:
- Reliable and ready to commit for a minimum of 12 months
- Fast and dedicated learner
- Mature with emotional intelligence
- Effective communicator
- Tec Savy- Gmail, socials, Microsoft, Apple, CRM software
- Drivers License and own car
The responsibilities of the role:
- Working closely with the Director and the Executive Assistant
- Complete designated administration tasks in a timely manner
- Assisting with recruitment process
- Running personal errands
- File organisation and dropbox management
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Australia Post data tasks and compiling client orders
- Retail and storage reorganisation
The ins and outs:
- 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
- Predominately working in the office space at Greenslopes LPO (onsite parking)
- Active work day across multiple different locations dependant of tasks
- Completing a daily tasks list and reporting progress to executives
- Fortnight pay cycle, superannuation, 4 weeks annual leave
