THE ROLE
You can expect to work within a busy and fast paced team with a focus on Filing Patent Administration. Reporting to a team leader, you will be working within a team of patent assistants where you can expect to be involved in the following tasks and duties:
• Reporting and invoicing of foreign patent and design applications
• Updating the IP database to reflect the status of each patent or design
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to applications
• Implementing instructions and processes from clients, agents and Attorneys,
• Providing legal assistance to the team on large projects;
• Drafting correspondence including letters and emails, and other administrative tasks.
ABOUT YOU
Our client is not extending this opportunity to Students.
To be considered for the role, you will be a diligent and motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year administration or clerical experience in a corporate setting.
High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality; and
Be able to work 5 days per week.
