Our client is well established in their industry and are known for providing emergency services across Victoria. They are currently seeking a meticulous Junior Payroll Officer to join their team. You will be entering a supportive and growing team, working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Description
Reporting into the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing work cover for over 300 employees
- Answering queries
- Maintaining records
- High volume of data entry
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Opportunity for exposure to other parts of the payroll process
- Using SAP and Pay Global
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and will ideally have prior knowledge surrounding the principles of Payroll Work Cover. Additionally, they will have a high attention to detail and will be adaptable in new environments. Most importantly, they will be eager to learn and will have strong communication skills.
