About Us
Serco has a dedicated team of over 600 people supporting operations at Fiona Stanley Hospital and works in close partnership with the hospital leadership, WA Health, clinicians, and staff to deliver essential non-clinical facilities management, ICT and HR managed services. Our specialist team designs, manages and optimises the integrated services and are critical to the ongoing delivery of clinical services in Western Australia's largest and most digitally enabled public healthcare facility.
About the Role
As the Reporting Officer you will be responsible for the assistance in coordination, programming and production of contractual monthly reporting for the FSH contract. This includes ensuring all reports are provided in a timely fashion and with an appropriate level of quality assurance. You will also be responsible for the issuance of FM internal reporting and external service reports in line with contractual obligations, key performance indicators and operational requirements. The Reporting Officer also ensures that Internal and External stakeholders are provided access to the required information in a timely manner ensuring that information integrity is maintained at all times.
About You
As the Reporting Officer you will have a strong background in administration as well as excellent report production skills. You will provide support to the Performance and Reporting team, manage ADHOC requests as well as being responsible for the assistance in coordination, programming and production of contractual reporting for the FSH contract.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a reporting role
• Demonstrated experience with report writing
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience working within a facilities management environment.
• Previous experience with the use of Power BI or similar (beginner)
• Exposure to relational databases (desirable)
