- Monday to Friday / 8.30am to 5.30pm work hours with 1hr lunch break (working hours can be discussed and can be flexible by 30 mins for the right candidate.

Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are looking for a super star to join our organization as a Payments Administrator and project coordinator (Junior). You will be trained and mentored by a senior team member and within a short period, it is expected that you will be confident and capable enough to perform the primary functions of this role on your own.
About the role
- Processing daily customer payments
- Investigating and responding to customer payment queries
- Requesting traces and recalling payments
- Escalating & liaising with payment service providers about payment issues
- Integrating new payment methods and processors into our business
- Project and stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Front and backend testing including troubleshooting and technical support
- Product, feature and processes improvement & documentation

- You should be someone who is innately curious about how things work and who is constantly asking questions about this area of our business and thinking of ways to improve things.
- You won’t be a software developer but you will have a firm grasp of software concepts e.g. you will understand conceptually what an API does and how data flows between systems.
