Having an already well established client base, this company has secured a number of exciting fit out and refurbishment projects due to start in the coming weeks. As such, this company is seeking to employ a driven Junior Project Manager with aspirations to grow into a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects for an important client and it’s portfolio of on-going projects throughout Sydney.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Junior Project Manager, you will report to the Directors of the company. The intention is for this Junior Project Manager to be groomed into a Project Manager to become the company specialist PM for this major client and their on-going portfolio, spanning dozens of projects per year. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects across Sydney, right from the design stages through to completion. These ongoing projects range from $1M-$10M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.
DUTIES.
- End to end project management
- Cost and budget management
- Quality control
- Stakeholder and client management
- Time control
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
- Proven record as a Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Minimum 3 years experience
