In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting successful project delivery by providing a blend of operational and administrative expertise. Key Accountabilities Support project execution by monitoring plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies and best practices.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director and team, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing schedules. Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders, communicating project updates and addressing implementation challenges. Anticipate and prioritise critical issues requiring attention, ensuring timely resolution and support for the Manager and team.
