- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues and performance
- Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, vendors and equipment
- Oversee utilisation and resources across projects
- Co-ordinate all Projects and their inter-dependencies
- Monitor and assign resources
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to executive leadership and other relevant parties.
- Knowledge and experince utilising project methodologies such as PMP
- Experience with project planning
- Experince with project management tools including Power Bi and MS Project
- Ability to function successfully in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple, competing, priorities
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams
- Ability to communicate with multiple senior stakeholders
Salary $65,000 - $75,000 p/a
