The successful candidate will work in conjunction with both our Engineering and Production teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of upcoming projects.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting Project Managers and their respective project teams in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.Ensuring a high-level of communication and service is maintained with both internal and external stakeholders.Tracking and reporting on project timelines, identifying any potential risks and presenting potential solutions.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including action items, and progress reports.Assisting in cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.What are we looking for from you?A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).1-2 years of experience in a project office or project management environment within the Mining, Utilities, Construction, or a similar industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders from a variety of different backgrounds.Demonstrated ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources.Proven track record of identifying issues and proposing practical solutions to overcome challenges.Eagerness to learn with a desire to take on increasing responsibilities with time.Think you know Ampcontrol?
