Why is this role for you?You are a QS or a CA who wants to be a Project Manager. The idea of working on the client side really appeals to you. The hours are better and you’ll get more exposure across the projects.
You know that with the right training and mentorship, you can learn quickly as you have a great work ethic and you want to soak up knowledge from others.
You’ll get to work from both the office, at home and attend sites and see up close what is happening. The office has amazing views, is right by Bondi Junction station, and has cheap parking if you prefer to drive.
You’ll get project diversity either working on residential, industrial or commercial projects from $2-$25million in value and you’ll get 1-2-1 training and from a team of 5 who have all worked there for some time.
The culture is a casual one where lots of team activities and social events happen so your social network will expand as much as your career skills will.
Initially, the salary range is $90-$110k + super plus a yearly bonus of 5-15% based on your performance. This will only go up as you learn how to be a great PM.
What experience do you want to see from me?
If you can tick the 3 points below then we’d love to hear from you;
- You have graduated with a construction/engineering degree and have at least 2 years of work experience as a QS or a CA in Australia.
- You are a confident communicator and have experience attending construction sites and using problem-solving skills
- You have previously done weekly/monthly reports on budgeting, cash flows, and assessing risks.

Staff retention is very high and being relatively small they are agile and can make quick decisions regarding you and the business.
