This is a new role for a Developer/Builder who are in a very good position with a huge pipeline of work within mid and high rise residential.
They have a pipeline stretching over the next 5 years with projects ranging anywhere from $70m to $250m+.

- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Managing the project team
- Experience with mid/high rise apartments
- Proven track record delivering Projects from start to finish
- Open to either an experienced CA looking for the next step into Project management or a Project Manager who is working with a smaller company looking for a bigger challenge
- Good career tenure showing loyalty and reliability
- Relevant construction qualifications & experience
- Experience working with Developer/Builder
