Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Property Lawyer to join our client’s expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of property law cases, from residential and commercial transactions to complex land use and development matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior lawyers with property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents related to property law.
- Advise clients on property-related legal issues and provide clear, concise legal opinions.
- Attend client meetings and liaise with other professionals involved in property transactions.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Participate in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
- Admission as a solicitor in Queensland PQE 1-2 Years.
