Our client is a family owned Agency, who have been in operation for over 50 years. Their team have an intricate knowledge of Perth’s Inner City and surrounds and are dedicated and passionate about building relationships, creating trust and offering an impeccable service at all times.
Our client is now seeking an enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to join their existing team . The successful will be responsible for their own small portfolio of properties and will be undertaking end to end property management functions, under the guidance and mentoring of the Licencee and Senior Property Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Agency, who has an excellent reputation in the Community.

- Support the Licencee & Property Managers with end to end Property Management
- Process Tenancy Applications
- Schedule and conduct entry, exits and routine inspections
- Coordinate maintenance & repairs
- Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews & arrears
- Liaise professionally with Landlords and Tenants
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management
- High level computer skills, with a knowledge of Real Estate specific software ie; Agent Box or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-focused with a high level of organization and time management skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Current driver license and reliable car
- Current Certificate of Registration essential
