About the role
- All the training to manage your own portfolio of 60 - 80 properties pending skills and experience
- A Senior Property Manager who will mentor and support you in your career
- Company car to use during the day
- Excellent systems, and in-house training
- Responsible for completing end-to-end property management (no trust once trained)
- Working with a team of professionals who love a laugh, cheeky wine, and a nice Friday lunch!
Skills and experience
- Current Property Management Registration - MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
- Computer proficient, willing to learn new systems
- Ability to work autonomously
