- Administrative support for lease agreements and renewals
- NO rent increases! you also have an internal team to take care of this along with an income assessment team
- Conduct routine and final bond inspections/PCRs - adhoc support at busy times *conditions apply*
- Liaise with the HOD and administration assistants
