We are looking for an Office Manager to join the Corporate Services team based in Pyrmont, NSW. Reporting to the CEO, as the office Manager you will support the business through the management of daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
As the Office Manager, you will:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative task for the Sydney Office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the public areas
- Remotely support administrative tasks in other locations around Australia as required.
- Manage travel bookings for staff and group events as required
- Fleet vehicle, Fuel Card and E-tag tracking
- Manage insurance policies and liaise with internal teams for yearly updates.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and reconcile financial records.
- Interact with the external IT Provider to manage technology and IT systems.
- Manage the IT Asset register
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support he CEO with diary management and ad hoc tasks as required.
As the ideal applicant you will be:
- Similar experience in a broad Administrative and Office Management role
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong personal ethics and confidentiality
