Junior Property Research Analyst

Company and Culture:
Our client is a leading, full-service, residential property and project marketing firm. With over 30 years experience working with Australia's largest public and private developers, they are responsible for over 30,000 residential apartment sales to date.

The Role:
As a key member of this growing team, you will provide research and analyst support relating to residential projects across the country. You will:

• Research and provide reports on the the Australia-wide residential property market.
• Prepare reports, proposals and presentations.
• Assist in the identification of new opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence.
• Other duties as required.

Experience/Requirements:

• Undertaking Tertiary qualifications in Property Development or recently completed.
• Strong work ethic.
• A passion and interest in the research, data and market trends within the residential development sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Broad knowledge of financial data modelling and ability to transfer financial requirements into data models.
