We are a leading real estate agency located in Castle Hill who requires a Junior Sales Assistant to work with our highly skilled Sales Team.
The Role:
This is an entry level role that would ideally suit a recent HSC graduate interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry. Full training will be provided. Opportunities to progress to more senior roles through promotion will be available.
You will be reporting to senior sales staff who will require you to complete the following:
- Letterbox delivery of promotional material.
- Assist at Open Homes.
- Putting up and taking down For Sale, For Rent and Pointer signs.
- Applying Sold and Leased stickers to signs.
- Delivery of contracts and other documents.
- Key cutting and management.
- Assisting sales staff with individual sales when required.
The Successful Candidate:
The successful candidate will need the following:
- The availability to work every Saturday. A regular day off between Monday to Friday will be provided.
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration, or the willingness to obtain one. This certificate is a “must have” to work in real estate. Further study will also be mandatory to meet new minimum standards introduced to the Real Estate industry in 2020.
- A Current Drivers Licence. You will be required to drive the company van.
- Be a strong communicator in person, on the telephone, and via email.
- Be organised, confident and thorough.
- Have a “can do” attitude and outstanding customer service skills.
