You will work with the Commercial and Finance team. This role will be suited to someone looking to start their career, with a keen interest in administration.ResponsibilitiesPositive and enthusiastic welcoming of all visitors on-site.Answering the telephone promptly and courteously.Responding to emails.Management of all incoming /outgoing mail and couriers.General administration support to our Commercial and Finance staff.Updating database records.Carrying out basic administration duties. About YouHave experience working in a similar role;You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills;Provide high standard of service, present professionally and possess advanced communication skills;Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail, and;Ability to work under pressure and achieve strict deadlines.
