Our Client is a family owned and operated distribution company whose success has seen them grow from strength to strength. They are looking to engage a Receptionist to join their company on a fulltime basis.
This fulltime role is a platform to complete a Certificate III in Business (during business hours) and strive towards being the best at your job by offering a professional experience to customers and clients alike.
Responsibilities:

• Reception – telephone answering, messages & customer service
• Outlook management – attending to enquiries
• Updating systems - Data Entry, Purchase orders, Goods in/out
• General Administration – filing, archiving, mail, errands etc.

This is an entry level role and Award Wages will be offered to commence with a career pathway on offer beyond completing your Traineeship.
Essentially your background will include:

• Current experience in customer service - Office or Retail
• Confident computer skills - MS Office
• A current drivers license and reliable transport
• A professional communication style and image

Candidates who have previously completed their Certificate III in Business or equivalent will not be eligible for this opportunity.
