About Our Role Due to an internal development opportunity, a rare opportunity exists for the permanent full-time position of Human Resources (HR) Advisor to be based at our Devonport frozen vegetable processing facility. Simplot Devonport is the last producer of scale of frozen vegetables in Australia and has a proud history in the local community since 1942. We employ over 300 people and process fresh, locally grown, Tasmanian vegetables including peas, beans, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and onions.Reporting to the HR Manager - Devonport within a supportive team environment, in this Mon-Fri role you will support site based Human Resources activities that span across the functions of Production / Maintenance & Engineering / Health, Safety & Wellbeing / Accounting / Quality / Continuous Improvement whilst forming a part of the wider APAC HR Operations team.
