Our dynamic recruitment agency in Hornsby, NSW, seeks a motivated and organised Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
We are a boutique recruitment agency that has operated on the Upper North Shore for over twenty years, placing temporary and permanent candidates with clients in various industries. Our target markets are Office, warehouse and manufacturing businesses.
We find people for jobs, not jobs for people. We are a private business with no connections to CentreLink agencies.
In this role, you'll gain valuable experience across all aspects of recruitment, working alongside experienced professionals:
- Source and screen talent for our client vacancies.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Assist with interview scheduling and offer coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Contribute to research and market analysis to identify industry trends.
- Learn the fundamentals of building strong client relationships (optional).
To be successful, you'll possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
