About the opportunity:

In the Marketing Automation Specialist/Consultant position you will be learning the ins and outs of Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud solutions. While there is a focus on Account Engagement, it’s a plus if you do have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement too and are not shy of getting your hands onto new product releases. Your role will be supporting the Senior Consultants and Project Managers with the implementation of the Marketing Automation software for our clients. This will include learning the technical setup of the system as well as receiving client briefs for asset (email templates, landing pages & forms) builds and liaising with the designer & developer to get these assets built for the client, along with campaign and automation built support during the implementation phase.

You will also be working with a range of different clients from different industries to support these on a day to day basis with their questions around building Marketing Automation campaigns using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement features.

What you’ll do:

  • Support implementations of Account Engagement and/or Marketing Cloud
  • Support and document during requirements gathering workshops
  • Support facilitation of discovery workshops
  • Help train clients in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement account config and setup, including the Salesforce connector
  • Build emails, campaigns, lists, journeys, automations, forms, landing pages, data extensions
  • Project management for small projects
  • Support in facilitating the development of a CRM Marketing strategy and roadmap, primarily to enable lifecycle journey automation and drive repeat use for customers and partners
  • Strategies including brand campaigns, ABM, communications, events, retention etc
  • Implement Test & Learn processes across CRM engagement and retention initiatives to optimise campaign performance
  • Work with I.T and Business Systems teams to plan and facilitate platform integration (CMS, CRM, social etc)
  • Campaign reporting and providing insights and recommendations to drive engagement, growth and retention You will create and manage insight led digital campaigns and customer experiences, reporting on metrics to the business.
  • Test, measure and optimise digital assets and campaigns with methods such as A/B testing, health checks and post campaign analysis
  • Optimise Marketing Automation and campaign management processes through email, content, and digital media campaigns
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring that clients are informed about new features and best practices.

 

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement - experience in both is a plus
  • Experience with email marketing, driving digital marketing strategy and digital customer experience and engagement strategies
  • B2B and/or B2C brand marketing experience in Australia and experience working with long customer buyer cycles are a plus
  • HTML/CSS/AMPscript/SQL skills are a plus
  • Ability to deliver and manage multiple campaigns within a fast paced environment
  • Analytical skills, understanding and reporting digital metrics to business stakeholders and clients
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic, agile, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment
  • Technology and AI affin
  • A team player who loves to collaborate
  • An understanding of databases and data structure principles

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
