The person we're looking for is:
- A great communicator, very positive and friendly
- A very high level of organisation skills, time management and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly and adapt
- Immaculate presentation
- Able to establish rapport with people quickly
- Team player
And you will have:
- A Valid Sales Registration
- Valid WA Drivers Licence
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting for clients, including door knocking and cold calling
- Generate appraisals for your agent
- Prepare pre listing and listing kits for agent
- Prepare CMA's as required
- Prepare all materials for open homes and attend all open homes
- Attend listing appointments when arranged with lead agent
- Attend buyer inspections, meeting trades and valuers
