What is the Role?To assist the Deputy Head of School (HDoS - Primary), the Personal Assistant to DHoS with administrative tasks, and to assist with the Junior and Gawura School students. To liaise with the School community as required. This is a four day a week position (Tuesday to Friday), term-time only plus 1 non term-time week, commencing Term 2, 2024.Who will the successful applicant be?
- Understanding of basic administrative functioning of a school or other service industry
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A love for children and keenness to see them develop
- Ability to pay attention to detail, work accurately and neatly without supervision
