Junior Service Administrator

THE ROLE

This key role within the Service Team is responsible for ensuring that the Service Team is fully supported for all administrative tasks. This role is based in Riverstone NSW.

Key responsibilities include

• Uploading documents into Simpro
• Scheduling
• Actioning work orders
• Compliance/Inductions
• General Admin
• Assist the Plumbing Manager
• Liaising between customers and Service Team members
• Answering incoming phone calls/replying to client and staff emails

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This is an entry level/junior role and would suit a recent school leaver

Experience:

• Basic administrative experience
• Basic computer skills
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to interact within a team environment
• Able to work under pressure due to the reactive nature of the business
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Preferred experience in Simpro or a similar service, project and asset management solution

Skills:

• Computer literacy including experience using Microsoft Office programs and databases
• High attention to detail
• Data management of work flow systems
• Effective time management skills, highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional listening and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to engage with a wide range of stake holders in both white and blue collar environments
