As a Customer Service Engineer / Junior CSE, you will provide technical support to our customers and support them with any printer related queries. As a member of the NSW Service Team, you are committed to providing excellent service to our valued customers.

The Role:
Kyocera Document Solutions is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of Colour & Mono Digital Multifunction Devices & Printers. Our NSW Branch is looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Engineer with an excellent work ethic and team focus
In this role, you will be trained on:
- Installation, Service & Repair of Kyocera’s range of Multifunction Devices, Laser Printers, Software & Applications.
- First stage diagnosis & fault finding of network related issues.
Ideally, you will possess the following attributes:
- Possess a TAFE Cert III - IV in Electro technology / Mechatronics.
- Possess a TAFE Cert III - IV in IT
- Good knowledge of networks, PCs, software and operating systems.
- Clear verbal communication skills & a passion for Customer Service.
- A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm.
- Experience in the industry an advantage but not mandatory.
- Australian Driving Licence – mandatory.
- The necessary Australian visa so as to be able to undertake fulltime employment.
