Assisting a strong Property Management team within a long-established network, this position is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate and join the most recognized talents listing and managing the most exclusive properties.
  
The Position:
In this role, you will be supporting a busy Property Management department and servicing an immaculately maintained portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiries
• Processing applications and reference check tenants
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeople
• Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reports
• Manage lease negotiations and sign-ups

The Person:
The ideal candidate will be switched on, full of initiative, and eager to progress their Property Management career. A current Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license. You will also possess:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• An optimistic attitude
• Exceptional time management & organizational skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A high standard of personal presentation
