About the opportunity
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to employ a full time JuniorService Coordinator | Administrator based in beautiful Sydney Olympic Park.
This role will suit an experienced coordinator who has demonstrated experience in a fast-paced service orientated business.
You will have experience in:
- Coordinating customer sites for routine testing
- Booking service call outs and break downs
- Liaising with technicians regarding availability
- Purchasing parts, materials and equipment for the team as required
- Excellent customer service both verbal and written
- Intermediate MS office skills including the use of excel
- Monthly invoicing
- Timesheets
- Purchase orders and raising/closing jobs
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- A proven Service Scheduling background
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
- Multi task and well organised
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail.
- A pro-active approach to the required duties of the role, and outside the role
