In this role, you'll oversee the construction of 3 to 5 High Physical NDIS Projects, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality workmanship and complies with Australian Building Codes and SDA/ NDIS Regulation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, managing programing meticulously, facilitating onsite meetings with trades, providing regular reports on project progress, quality control, leading safety culture on site, costs and schedules.
You'll also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with trades and suppliers, promoting safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimise errors.
What can you bring?
You will bring experience as a Trade, Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Hand, with a proven track record of interpreting building plans and specifications. A background in the construction industry of 2-4 years is a must, along with proficiency in IT tools such as the Microsoft/Google suite. You should possess excellent communication skills, a relentless drive to achieve targets, and a knack for building professional relationships.
