The Role
The company is entering an exciting growth stage due to an increase in projects. Searching for a Junior Site Manager to join the team and progress.
The successful candidate must have experience in this position, have strong communication skills, good time management, critical role skills and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Projects site coordination and management
- Adhering to the plans, specifications, and construction program without compromising quality
- Responsible for programming
- Key problem-solving solutions
- Coordination of the project logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Stakeholder management
Skills
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- Effective Planning, Programming, and Organizational Abilities with a Focus on Meeting Deadlines
- Supervisory Competence
- Proficiency in Communication and Written Expression
- Polished and Approachable Professional Demeanour
- Keen Eye for Detail
- Familiarity with Quality and Process Control Procedures
- Computer Literacy and Proficient Understanding
Requirements
- Site Manager experience on commercial projects specializing in fit-outs and refurbishments
- Ability to enforce appropriate legislation
- Ability to analyse performance and aid in the planning stages of projects
- Ability to lead in high pressured environments
- Effective client communication
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
