We are looking for a superstar casual Social Media coordinator and Influencer Manager to join our team who will nurture our community and drive the vision of the company across our Social Media platforms as the brand continues to grow.
You will be responsible for working with our Head of Marketing to curate and create engaging content, manage our Social Media channels, and nurture our community. Your mission is to amplify our brand presence, drive user engagement, and foster meaningful connections with our audience and influencers across various platforms.

In Office/ Hybrid / Remote: In office with some flexibility for Work from Home days as required.
Location: Adamstown, Newcastle Head Office (aka Woohoo Fun Factory!).
Responsibilities and Duties- Content Creation and Curation:
- Curate compelling Social Media content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and marketing calendar.
- Shoot behind-the-scenes content at Woohoo HQ, transforming it into engaging visuals and videos for Social Media. Some collaboration with the design team may be required.
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) from our community and incorporate it into our Social Media strategy.
- Use influencer-created content as effectively as possible (wherever we have the rights to do so, within the allowed time frame).
- Report on social performance. Leverage learnings to ensure continuous improvement of social channels.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our Social Media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms while ensuring consistency in branding (note: no captions to be written on scheduling software, only hashtags to be added, as the Marketing Manager will write captions).
- Assist with partnership opportunities and other ad hoc marketing campaigns when required.
- InfluencerEngagement:
- Source and engage with influencers across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to promote Woohoo Body.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that highlights our products. Negotiate partnerships/collaborations to enhance marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on influencer trends and emerging platforms for new partnership opportunities.
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or proven experience in Social Media management and content creation, preferably within the beauty, personal care or lifestyle industry.
- Must be proficient in video editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Canva
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Creative flair and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Klaviyo campaign building is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Passion for ethical personal care, consumer behaviour, and brand storytelling, with a keen eye for design and trends.
