Our Social media content keeps our customers up-to-date, educated, entertained and inspired. We are seeking an engaging Social Media Video Creator to create a constant stream of fun, on-trend, branded social videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts. You’ll capture, create, edit and schedule all social video content for the TileCloud brand, including the coordination of weekly site visits to shoot content on-location at our customers’ projects.

And most importantly, you will be an ambassador of the brand and be comfortable with face-to-camera content. The position offers flexibility and welcomes candidates for both full-time and part-time roles. It is located at our Rosebery Head Office.

About the role

• Content creation: Use in-app tools, CapCut and Canva to create visually appealing and engaging short-form branded Social media videos that align with social trends and resonate with our target audience. Identify opportunities to adapt and repurpose content effectively for different social channels such as Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok to maximise reach and impact.
• Face-to-camera content: You will be a face and brand ambassador of our brands. Primarily, you will be the talent for most video content, bringing in additional team members when needed.
• Trend tracking and ideation: Proactively generate innovative Social media video ideas that align with our brands purpose and Social media goals. Identify and incorporate current social trends into content creation, ensuring alignment with our brands and audience interests.
• Project management and coordination: Ensure there is always a pipeline of approved content available to post, with at least a week's worth of content planned and ready for publication. Efficiently coordinate resources, such as equipment, tools, and team members, to achieve desired outcomes in content creation and distribution. Lead coordinate of weekly on-location filming sessions. Use tools and templates to streamline workflows.
• Platform expertise: Act as an expert on all Social media platforms. Create and distribute social content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Actively monitor engagement and key metrics to optimise Social media accounts, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

About you

• You live and breathe Social media and religiously follow trends.
• Experience as a branded Social media video content creator, with proven ability in producing engaging creative content - make sure you share your portfolio or examples with your application.
• Proficient in video editing within social platforms and using CapCut and Canva.
• Driver's licence and ability to spend 1-2 days per week out of the office capturing and creating content on location.
• Exceptional written communication skills, skilled at writing for Social media.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• You have a high attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect.
