We are currently seeking a creative and customer-centric Content Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Your Team:
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Lead, you will help bring our customer value proposition to life. As part of our brand marketing team, you will collaborate with driven marketing professionals, content creators, and omni-channel experts who are committed to delivering exceptional brand experiences to our audience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
As a full-time Social Media and Content Specialist at Grays, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing content marketing initiatives that align with our brand strategy. This includes managing brand Content and assets, as well as leading projects surrounding Social Media, content, sponsorship, ambassadors and events. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
• Help develop and implement a 12-month content marketing strategy that aligns with our core values and objectives. Including CVP, Brand mission, Social Media, and sponsorship & influencers.
• Maintain and manage the company's content library, ensuring brand consistency and optimization.
• Asist in managing the formation of internal and external branded content for Grays channels (with a heavy focus on short form videos).
• Stakeholder management of brand ambassadors and influencers
• Manage the Grays Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Work with our content producer and freelancers to oversee the distribution of content and media assets related to marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal (digital, brand and sales team) and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content.
We’re looking for someone who has:
• 3+ years proven experience in marketing and digital content creation, preferably within an e-commerce context.
• Experience managing socials and Content creation.
• Preferably experience in one of our sectors (industrial, automotive, recreation, wine or home).
• Ability to work in an ever-changing environment - start up experience is a plus!
• Ability to work with media partners, agencies and creative teams.
• Effective project management skills, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Proactive, energetic, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with YouTube content and growing Social Media channels.
