Ideal candidates are recent year 10-12 graduates. Work completed will apply towards a Cert 3 in ICT or Business. This role falls under the Miscellaneous award with wages set accordingly.

We know we’ve got the world’s-best tech. Now our supplier success team are open to offering recent school leavers the opportunity to commence their careers in Customer Service. The purpose of this role is to ensure our clients achieve their workforce management objectives within our software.

As a key member of our service team, we will guide you to support the company's customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. 

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals that pride themselves on good quality service and are willing to go the extra mile for our clients. Very little experience is required as this opportunity is an Entry level role for those that are commencing their careers.

Our Supplier Success team have clear objectives, we will teach you to: 

  • Take ownership of relationship with clients, which includes supporting on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Be a trusted advisor to support client relationships to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximise retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed

In this role you will working towards being responsible for the successful service support of our Workforce Management solution to our customers in Australia, and New Zealand. 

Our shifts are between 7am – 7pm (Monday to Friday) with a need to be flexible across these rostered shifts. Once trained and confident; there may be options to work a hybrid model (in office and working from home) as well as shifts such as Afternoon/Night shifts if you prefer.

Stage 2: Invited to complete Avetta Assessment Centre – workplace profiling (Online). 

Stage 3: Shortlisted candidates digital/online interview.

Stage 4: Face to face interviews in our Newcastle office.

Stage 5: Reference checks
