Our fast-growing, innovative company offers quality new and used forklifts for sale and hire and is supported by national servicing and spare parts.
To support our marketing and customer acquisition plans, we are seeking a Junior Web Developer who will work within the marketing department to positively influence the customer journey and generate leads. Duties for this full time in the office role will include:
- Development of custom websites and implementation into CMS platform
- Build, create and implement custom and responsive layouts
- Continuously testing and developing new features and functionality
- On page SEO
- Optimising landing pages for user experience and greater conversions
- Maintain efficient operation of current portfolio of websites
- Maintain Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking and analysing website performance
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Front-end web development programming experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working with APIs, including those for CRM and headless CMS integration
- Experience utilising the following – WordPress, Woo Commerce and WP Engine
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practice
- An understanding of how to design and deploy SEO techniques into web design
- A learning and continuous improvement mindset
- Be self-motived and passionate about our customers experience with us
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Video editing software desirable
