The Role:
We are seeking a Junior Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have already developed some skills in customising and maintaining processes across the Zoho One suite. You will be enthusiastic about growing your skills in designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions to meet our organisation's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and troubleshooting workflow automations
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation to assist the teams using the products
• Building solutions and customisations as required
• Managing Zoho integration within the Zoho ecosystem and with third party products
Skills:
• Proficient in Zoho One customisation and configuration, primarily, Desk, SalesIQ, Campaigns and Analytics.
• Adept in Deluge. JavaScript/SQL/Bubble.io skills not required but will be highly regarded.
• Experience integrating CRM instances with third-party systems using webhooks and other API integrations.
