Hi there, We at Charli James Hair & Co, strive to create not only a great environment for our clients to come relax and enjoy whilst we create beautiful hair, but we also strive to create a fun work environment for our staff too. We pride ourselves on creating a work place that prioritises a work life balance. Also creating a bond with all of our staff members is very important to us which is why we have quarterly staff bonding days to create a good moral between all employees. Las but certainly not least our eduction is KEY to our business and training is of the utmost of importance so we will host training days learning and teaching new techniques and we also make it a priority to listen to what you want to get out of training so if there is someone you are wanting to learn from or a new skill you are wanting to learn we will always try our best to get you to these events!
Qualifications & experience
- Obtained or working towards Certificate III
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception ( Answering phone and taking bookings, confirming and reschduling bookings)
- Social media (posting, taking images and videos for the salon profiles)
- Salon upkeep (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing and drying towels, dishes)
- Foiling, Balayage, Tints, Toners, Cutting, Blowdrying, Up-styling, Creative colouring (vivid's)
- Wedding and Event's
