We are currently seeking a seasoned Key Account & Relationship Manager to join our practitioner sales team based out of our Head Office in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane.
Primarily this role will work with key pharmacy and health food accounts as well as our brand partners to build strong commercial relationships and to grow sales and market share. The ideal candidate will be experienced in territory and Key Account management in the Practitioner or Pharmacy / Health Food Channels with a demonstrated track record in achieving financial targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets, KPI’s and objectives for allocated brands & channels
- Execute all sales, marketing and education plans/promotions, including NPD distribution
- Effectively plan and manage Key Account relationships within the channel to ensure optimal business results
- Conduct category / business reviews with analysis of Key Accounts and brands to provide intelligence on competitor and general market activity
- Execution of Integria Practitioner strategies and plans for Key Accounts and brands
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information to support instore execution of agreed plans
- Represent and promote Integria Practitioner brands to customers at exhibits, trade shows, conferences and seminars including coordination with our marketing events team for event set up / pack down and following up any new customer leads whilst working weekends and evenings where required
- Managing time effectively so that deadlines and priorities are met
- Tertiary Qualification as a naturopath or herbalist is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing (or offer significant relevant industry experience)
- Ideally experience across Pharmacy Key Account Management
- Team player with outstanding communication, time management and negotiation skills bringing collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong focus on customer service and development of internal and external relationships
- Highly organised and independent with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Well-developed analytical skills with ability to provide insights to execute customer strategies
