Relationship Account Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for an existing Business Development Manager / Account Manager of Senior Travel Consultant with an entrepreneurial mindset, to join this award-winning travel company. This position reports directly to the Senior BDM and you will be advising existing clients on updates within the business and assisting those clients by showing them different ways on how to increase their revenue. Skills & Expertise

• Previous business development / account management is advantageous or an experienced travel consultant who has an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Previous work with travel agents and an understanding of the travel industry.
• A confident and articulate manner with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Flexibility is a must to attend functions and events as required.
• Managing the area of Queensland with easy access to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and northern NSW.
• Support and assist existing clients by understanding their wants and needs and advising on different solutions.
• Identify opportunities to attract new clients to the business.
• Actively coach and assist existing clients to establish and grow their revenue through the business.
• Stay informed with consumer and industry current trends and monitor your competitor’s activities and campaigns.
• Carry out special projects and duties as may be required from time to time along with attending various team meetings, offering suggestions and feedback as required.
