Skills & Expertise
- Previous business development / account management is advantageous or an experienced travel consultant who has an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Previous work with travel agents and an understanding of the travel industry.
- A confident and articulate manner with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Flexibility is a must to attend functions and events as required.
- Managing the area of Queensland with easy access to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and northern NSW.
- Support and assist existing clients by understanding their wants and needs and advising on different solutions.
- Identify opportunities to attract new clients to the business.
- Actively coach and assist existing clients to establish and grow their revenue through the business.
- Stay informed with consumer and industry current trends and monitor your competitor’s activities and campaigns.
- Carry out special projects and duties as may be required from time to time along with attending various team meetings, offering suggestions and feedback as required.
- Base salary $70k to $75k (depending on experience) + Super & travel holiday discounts.
- Working Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required when needed.
- This is a work from home job role.
