PositionAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients to drive business growth and maximise customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities within Key Accounts
- Proactively addressing client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and deliver value to key clients
- Monitoring Key Account performance metrics and provide regular reports and updates to management
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing agreements with key clients
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Proven experience in Key Account management or a similar role in express transport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
