As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a talented and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team and drive success in managing key client relationships.

Position

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients to drive business growth and maximise customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities within Key Accounts
  • Proactively addressing client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and deliver value to key clients
  • Monitoring Key Account performance metrics and provide regular reports and updates to management
  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing agreements with key clients
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
Criteria

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Proven experience in Key Account management or a similar role in express transport
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
