THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Located in the Geelong region, IDL is experiencing substantial growth, and we are looking for a Key Account Manager to help manage and grow our major accounts. This role is responsible for Key Account management for all wine, cider, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages working with EDG/Pinnacle, Southtrade/Fizzy Mates, Drinkworks/Strongbow, Casella/Ampersand and others. You will be a beverage specialist capable of developing and managing strategic efforts to deeply understand client needs and strengthen and forge long-term loyal relationships.
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Developing and maintaining strong enduring relationships
- Day to day primary point of contact for designated Key Accounts
- Understanding Key Account needs and providing customised solutions to increase sales
- Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure all sales targets are meet
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and administration team to achieve results
- Reporting on all aspects of account status
- Resolving issues that may arise to deliver a high level of customer service to Key Accounts
YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Ideally Tertiary qualified.
- Must have a Key Account management background in beverage/manufacturing sector
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sales and drive to exceed sales targets
- Outstanding communications skills capable of influencing all stakeholders
