Qualifications & experience
- Background in Composites, with sales and account management is desirable
- Good negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to listen to customer requirements, and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport
- "Can-do" enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent time management skills to ensure every customer is seen on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus that may change in an instant
- Able to work within a team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage an existing portfolio of customers, building on relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build on existing customer base to enhance new business and product opportunities, and market development.
- Able to attend to customer enquiries, complaints and technical enquiries
- Able to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets & KPI's
- As necessary, participate in client visits, trade shows and other industry events to increase the business network and strengthen the company brand
- Record all communications with customers on the CRM and provide monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Assist in the development of marketing and communications collateral
